🔄 Return & Refund Policy

Returns Window We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and in original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Made-to-order and custom pieces
• Sale items
• Earrings and accessories (for hygiene reasons)

How to Return To initiate a return, please contact us at enchntlondon@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Faulty or Incorrect Items If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will resolve this as a priority.
